    What's the story

The 2025 ICC Champions Trophy will kick off on February 19 with co-hosts Pakistan and New Zealand squaring off in the opening match.

Team India, under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma, will launch their campaign against Bangladesh at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on February 20.

As India's batting strength comes to the fore, let's look at the Indian batters with multiple 50-plus scores in Dubai (ODIs).

    #1

    Rohit Sharma - 3

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma, who has scored 317 runs from five ODIs in Dubai, tops this list.

He has an average of 105.66 and a strike rate of over 95, as per ESPNcricinfo.

His highest score at this venue is an unbeaten 111, which has contributed to his overall ODI tally of nearly 11,000 runs.

Besides this ton, Rohit also owns two half-centuries at the venue. Hence, his 50-plus tally in Dubai reads three.

    #2

    Shikhar Dhawan - 2

Former Team India opener Shikhar Dhawan holds the record for most runs by an Indian batter in Dubai.

He has scored 342 runs from five matches at a stunning average of 68.40.

Dhawan's highest score at the venue is 127, while he has a strike rate of over 102.

Both his 50-plus scores at the venue have been converted into tons.

    #3

    Ambati Rayudu - 2

Former Indian batter Ambati Rayudu is third on the list of top run-scorers for India in Dubai.

He has scored 175 runs from six matches at an average of 43.75, with a highest score of 60 and a strike rate of 80.27.

Rayudu breached the 50-run mark twice at the venue.

Meanwhile, KL Rahul, who scored 60 vs Afghanistan in 2018, is India's only other half-centurion at the venue (ODIs).
