Aashi Tripathi, acclaimed actor Pankaj Tripathi's 18-year-old daughter, has embarked on her journey in the entertainment industry with the music video Rang Daaro.
The video, released last week, shows Tripathi as a painter's muse. Tripathi, who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Arts at a Mumbai college, has taken her first step toward her acting dreams.
Abhinav R Kaushik composed the single which was filmed last week at an Andheri studio.

According to Mid-Day, Pankaj said he was proud of his daughter's debut, "Seeing Aashi on screen was an emotional and proud moment for both of us."
He noted her love for performing arts and praised her natural expressions in her debut project.
"If this is her first step, I can't wait to see where her journey takes her," he said, looking forward to seeing his daughter make her way in the industry.

Pankaj's wife, Mridula, played a key role in getting their daughter this first project. She said, "When the opportunity came, I wanted to ensure that Aashi did something that aligned with her artistic sensibilities."
Mridula was delighted to see her daughter emote on screen in Rang Daaro, calling the project soulful. She was also the one who suggested this project to Tripathi.
