    Angelina Jolie is one of the most reputed names in Hollywood with several acclaimed films like Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Changeling to her name.

    A veteran in the industry, the 43-year-old actress is set to appear in an upcoming thriller titled Those Who Wish Me Dead, directed by Taylor Sheridan, whose directorial debut was the acclaimed 2017 mystery, Wind River.

    Plot

    A thriller involving a young witness and ruthless killers

    The film will be based on the 2014 novel of the same name by Michael Koryta.

    The story follows a 14-year-old boy who witnesses a brutal murder and is placed in a wilderness skills program after being issued a false identity.

    However, the killers are determined not to leave witnesses and begin a ruthless quest to find the boy, killing everyone in their way.

    Jolie's role unknown, but film to be set in Montana

    While the plot should adhere to the source text, exact details remain unknown for now.

    Jolie's role in the film, as well as the plot details, are being kept under wraps.

    However, we do know that the story is going to be set in the Montana wilderness while a forest fire rages on.

    The producers expect to begin shooting in May 2019.

    Career

    Jolie's film will be Sheridan's second directorial venture

    Sheridan is no newbie to the industry.

    He has previously received an Oscar nomination for his Hell or High Water script.

    He also helped pen Sicario and Sicario: Day of the Soldado.

    Sheridan is currently working on the second season of his show Yellowstone that stars veteran Hollywood actor Kevin Costner.

    Those Who Wish Me Dead will be his second cinematic directorial project.

    Jolie's last appearance and future plans

    Jolie, for her part, last appeared in By The Sea, the 2015 movie which she directed and starred in along with ex-husband Brad Pitt. She is slated to appear next in Maleficent II, which is hitting the theaters on May 29, 2020.
