    What's the story

Adjusting video playback speed can enhance your viewing experience, enabling you to watch at your own pace.

The JioCinema Android app does not support this feature, but there is a workaround.

By utilizing a browser extension on your Android device, you can easily control the speed of JioCinema videos.

This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to use the extension for speed control.

    Installation

    Install the necessary browser extension

To start setting your own pace on JioCinema, you first need to install a browser extension called "Video Speed Controller."

Launch Google Chrome on your Android and head to the Chrome Web Store.

Search for "Video Speed Controller" and hit "Add to Chrome" to install it.

This nifty extension will let you tweak video speeds right from your browser.

    Keyboard shortcuts (optional)

After adding the Video Speed Controller to Chrome, navigate to JioCinema and start playing a video.

Click the extension icon to set your speed anywhere from 0.25x to four times the regular rate, or use the step adjustments for more control.

Keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + Shift + Right to raise, and Ctrl + Shift + Left to lower the speed) provide fast control without needing to navigate menus.
