    An actor who is also hailed as a fitness icon by several, admits that he has never been to the gym and used any equipment to look this dreamy!

    Wondering how he stays fit? Well, today looks like the perfect day to decode just that as he turns 58.

    Soman only works out for 10 to 15 minutes daily 

    Consistency is one important workout principle that Soman swears by.

    During an interaction with the Times of India, the model-turned-actor revealed that he ensures he is working out daily to remain fit.

    Shocking his fans and followers, the supermodel further shared that he only does 10-15 minutes of daily exercise. He breaks it down throughout the day into multiple small sessions.

    During the same conversation, Soman stated that he is "lazy" when it comes to staying fit. Yes, you read that right!

    The One Friday Night actor said he fights his laziness every single day to remain fit as he can't wake up early in the morning.

    He, nevertheless, pushes himself to it and does his routine exercises like cycling at 10:00 am.

    He considers Surya Namaskar the best exercise

    Sharing it with India Today, Soman said that Surya Namaskar is the best exercise for overall health.

    He supports his statement by adding that it's one versatile exercise that can be both easy and difficult, depending on how one performs it, and since it engages all the muscle groups, it can strengthen the weak parts.

    The actor also said that it improves blood circulation.

    Diet

    Here's what the fitness enthusiast eats throughout the day

    Soman claims to start his day with about 500 ml water at room temperature as it helps him with clear skin and weight loss.

    For breakfast, he eats nuts and fruits like mango, papaya, and melon, while for lunch he savors rice and dal khichdi with vegetables topped with two teaspoons of homemade ghee.

    His dinner is light with a plateful of fresh veggies.
