    What's the story

Tata Sons, the holding company of Tata Group, would not renew the contract of Suhel Seth, a spokesperson said on Monday.

Suhel was accused of sexual harassment by multiple women after the storm of #MeToo hit India.

A spokesperson of Tata Sons informed the contract with Suhel's consultancy firm Counselage India ends on November 30.

    Here's more.

    Information

Suhel helped Tata Sons when it faced crisis

Suhel played a major role in rebuilding Tata brand after Cyrus Mistry was abruptly removed as Chairman of Tata Sons. As the company faced a crisis, he had stepped up. Notably, his company Counselage has clients like Coca-Cola, Delhi government etc.

    Silence

Suhel posted many things on Twitter, is incredibly quiet now

A socialite and brand consultant, Suhel enjoys a large social media presence. On Twitter, he has 4.8 million followers and is vocal about serious issues.

However, since the allegations were leveled against him, he hasn't been active on Twitter.

He hasn't posted anything on Twitter since October 10, his last tweet was about blood requirement in Fortis Hospital of Delhi.

    Allegations-1

Context: Many women have been allegedly assaulted by Suhel

The horror which the women had to go through is disturbing. Jasmine Divekar said the adman groped her in 2017 at a friend's place in Bandra.

Filmmaker Natashja Rathore wrote a WhatsApp message to Suhel, whose screenshots she posted, in which she highlighted how he assaulted her in Gurugram.

He shoved his tongue down her throat, and grabbed her breast, she alleged.

    Allegations-2

The allegations on Suhel Seth testify his predatory behavior

Model Diandra Soares revealed she was harassed by Suhel after she had walked the ramp for Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week in Delhi.

She said he wasn't her friend, just an acquaintance. When she was dancing on the couch, he put his hand in her top.

"I was so angry, I bit his tongue as hard as I could," she said.
