The actor, also seen in 'Peepli Live', 'Bandit Queen', 'Slumdog Millionnaire' and 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh', had celebrated his wedding anniversary just yesterday.

Despite government aid of Rs. 5L for treatment, Panchal had been continuing on Ayurvedic medicine.

Panchal, who had worked with stars like Akshay Kumar ('Jolly LLB 2') and Irrfan Khan, was undergoing financial crisis.
