Actor Raj Kishore of 'Sholay' fame passes away at 85

Yesteryear actor Raj Kishore, most recognized for his work in the iconic 'Sholay', passed away Friday morning after suffering from a heart attack.
He was 85-years old when he breathed his last.
Kishore had essayed the role of one of the prisoners in 1975 classic starring Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra and Hema Malini.

His funeral was held earlier in the day
As per reports, Kishore's funeral took place at Aarey Crematorium around 10:30 am.
He is said to have passed in the wee hours of Friday morning at his Mumbai residence.
Apart from Sholay', Kishore also featured in a number of films like 'Padosan' (1968), 'Deewar' (1975), 'Ram Aur Shyam' (1967), 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' (1971), 'Bombay To Goa' 1972), 'Karan Arjun' (1995) among others.
