    Sanjay Dutt, Aayush Sharma to team up for gangster film

    What's the story

    Sanjay Dutt and Aayush Sharma are set to collaborate for a gangster film.

    Dutt was last seen in Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, while Aayush made his acting debut with Loveyatri.

    "The film is loosely inspired by the underworld. Since it's a high octane action film, we could think of no one better than the legendary Sanjay Dutt," said the producer Prerna Arora.

    Talking about the newcomer, Arora said, "Aayush Sharma seems promising and has great screen presence. We both were keen on working with each other."

    Formalities with both the actors are underway.

    The film, which will show an era of rise and fall of the underworld, will be jointly produced by Arora and choreographer-filmmaker Ahmed Khan under the banner Five Studio Five Elements.

    The shooting of the film will start in May 2019

    The official announcements regarding the actors will be made soon. The film will go on floors in May 2019. Sanjay Dutt also has Karan Johar's home production film Kalank, Ashutosh Gowariker directed Panipat and Yash Raj's Shamshera in his kitty.
