    What's the story

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's biopic has been the talk of the town since its inception.

Titled as PM Narendra Modi, it has Vivek Oberoi in the titular role.

Now a biopic on Modi is understandably incomplete without Amit Shah. So, for this role, Manoj Joshi has been roped in.

In fact, his first look got released today and Joshi looks quite convincing as Shah.

    Statement

Joshi excited to portray Shah on big screen

Given the political role BJP President Amit Shah plays, Joshi would be essaying a rather important character in the movie.

Undoubtedly, he is excited to essay this role as this will be the first time he would be portraying an alive person.

"I am glad that I've got an opportunity to play the role of Mr. Amit Shah in the film," he added.

    Preparation

Joshi to sport various looks, hairstyles in the movie

Interestingly, Joshi has already begun preparing for the role and is putting in every possible effort to give it his best shot.

"I've been listening to his speeches to know more about him. We have used prosthetics only when absolutely necessary to get the look right," Joshi told Mumbai Mirror.

He also revealed that he will be seen sporting different hairstyles in the movie.

    Perfect choice

'Nobody could have done it better than Manoj Joshi'

Joshi's look as Amit Shah is quite convincing and there's no denying it.

Even producer Sandeep Ssingh is all praise for Joshi and is confident about him pulling off the role perfectly.

"This was one of the important roles and I feel nobody could have done it better than Manoj Joshi. He is working really hard for his character," he added.

    Twitter reaction

Saurabh Shukla would have been an apt choice, says Twitterati

Meanwhile, Joshi's look as Shah received mixed reactions on social media.

Twitterati also came with an interesting suggestion for the makers and stated that Kallu Mama aka Saurabh Shukla would have been a better choice for the role.

A Twitter use wrote, "Kallu mama looks like Amit Shah more than Amit Shah himself."

"Manoj Joshi should have played Narendra Modi," another tweeted.
