    What's the story

Telugu actor Nani's upcoming movie, The Paradise, may release in two parts, like other big-budget movies these days.

Part One will be released on March 26, 2026, and the second part may take longer, reported 123Telugu.

Nani earlier told Variety, "This is India's Mad Max, and I believe this with utmost sincerity."

The film is directed by Srikanth Odela.

    Film details

'The Paradise' explores themes of societal prejudice and oppression

Set in 1980s Secunderabad, The Paradise dives deep into themes of societal prejudice and oppression.

The movie narrates the tale of a marginalized tribe, robbed of its rights, who find hope in an unlikely leader.

Nani's character is described as "a bastard" who leads the tribe's battle for citizenship and recognition in a system that wants to keep them suppressed.

Its core message is,"You don't need an identity to be a leader."

    Actor's perspective

Nani's commitment to authenticity in 'The Paradise'

In a chat with Variety, Nani promised to show The Paradise in its "rawest form."

He said the film will be one of the most "authentic, original, and unapologetically honest Indian films."

"If 1,000 of my efforts can make one person from the other side of the world watch my film, I am willing to put in those efforts because my The Paradise deserves a global audience," added director Odela.

    Production details

'The Paradise' is backed by SLV Cinemas

The Paradise is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner. The film's music is by Anirudh Ravichander.

The project is Nani's most ambitious and costliest to date.

The film's teaser, which was released recently, has created a buzz among audiences with its raw appeal and action-packed sequences.

More details about the cast and crew are yet to be revealed.
