    What's the story

The upcoming romantic comedy Mere Husband Ki Biwi, starring Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles, will hit theaters on February 21.

The film's star-studded cast also features Aditya Seal, Dino Morea, and Harsh Gujral.

Ahead of its theatrical release, it has now been more or less confirmed that the movie will be available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar after its cinema run.

    Storyline

'Mere Husband Ki Biwi' plot and trailer insights

Mere Husband Ki Biwi offers a quirky take on the classic love triangle, with Kapoor's character, Ankur, stuck between his ex-wife (Pednekar) and his fiancée (Singh).

The trailer shows that Pednekar's character has retrograde amnesia, losing five to six years of her life.

As she recovers, Kapoor falls for Singh's character and is stuck between his "current dildaar" and "ex-pyaar."

    Film release

'Mere Husband Ki Biwi' production and release details

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh. Vashu Bhagnani and Puja Films present the movie.

Its trailer's official description reads - "A hilarious and heartwarming modern-day romance set in Delhi, where love, fate, and unexpected twists put one man in a chaotic dilemma."

However, its exact date for digital release on Disney+ Hotstar remains unannounced. Usually, films get dropped on OTT sooner if they fail to enjoy box office success.
