"Jurassic World 2" to release on June 7 in India
What's the story
Universal Pictures India's "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom", which was earlier slated to release on June 8 will now be releasing along with superstar Rajinikanth's "Kaala" on June 7.
It will be released in more than 2,300 screens in India in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, a release in Mumbai said.
The film, however, opens in the US two weeks later on June 22.

Jeff Goldblum returns as Dr. Ian Malcolm
The film is directed by JA Bayona and starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard who will reprise their roles as Owen and Claire, respectively.
The film marks the return of one of the most loved characters from 1993 "Jurassic Park" series actor Jeff Goldblum returns as Dr. Ian Malcolm.
Steven Spielberg, who directed "Jurassic Park", is the executive producer of "Jurassic World 2".

25th anniversary of the first "Jurassic Park" film
This year also marks the 25th anniversary of the first "Jurassic Park" film which was released in 1993. The prequel, which released in India in 2015, made a box office collection of Rs 147 crore in the country.
