    What's the story

Yup, we are doing it. India has one of the world's largest population and it shouldn't come as a surprise. If you belong to the "log kya kahenge" or "sharam karo" category, please move along.

And those of you sticking around, a survey has just come out, which shows what Indians are buying stuff online to keep their sex lives interesting.

    Take a peek?

    Sex toys

That's the way India likes it

According to the survey by thatspersonal.com, an online store that sells sex toys and sexual wellness products, 62% of their buyers of sex toys are men and 38% are women.

This statement comes supported by data that's been analyzed from over 80,000 orders, 52 months of internal traffic, customer interactions and surveys. So, yeah, women like sex. Men like sex. Everybody likes sex.

    Kamasutra

Land of Kamasutra does it right

Maharashtra is the number one buyer of sex products and Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh follow suit.

Gujarat, the state that ranks sixth on the list, guess when does it rise to the third position? During Navratri festival!

Women outnumber men in purchasing sex-related products in Baroda, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram.

Good going ladies! Men, pick up the slack here, will you?

    Groove

    Everybody has their own groove

Now let's come to the cities. Mumbai tops the list, closely followed by Delhi.

However, the biggest area in terms of growth has been the tier II and III cities. Noida has been splurging the most on sex products. Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurgaon and Chandigarh are following suit.

In tier III, Shillong (Meghalaya) leads, while Nanded (Maharashtra), Imphal (Manipur) and Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh) follow.

    Buys

    Here's the list

So what are they buying? Apparently, men buy lubricants the most, while intimate massagers are a rage among women. Some of the other popular buys include delay sprays, sexy lingerie, pleasure rings and sexcitement lotions.

India also has a penchant for role plays, with nurse's uniform being the most bought and in the kinky department, handcuffs are in high demand.

    Smile

Some people like to go to sleep with a smile

Assamese are the biggest buyers of BDSM products. West Bengal goes for candy panties and the women in Punjab go for the most number of sexcitement items.

Panjim, in Goa, buys massage oils the most, while Bhopal's sex-shopping lists are laden with flavored condoms.

Managlore is the biggest spender on sex products. It racks up an average bill of Rs. 3,612.
