    Guru Somasundaram's 'Bottle Radha' set for OTT release this month

    The Tamil film Bottle Radha, starring Guru Somasundaram in the lead, is gearing up for its digital debut. The film's streaming rights after its theatrical run have been secured by Aha Tamil.

    Starting February 21, viewers will be able to stream this heartfelt story set to stream on Aha Tamil and OTTplay Premium platforms.

    Plot details

    'Bottle Radha' explores addiction and recovery

    Bottle Radha narrates the story of a plumber, Radha Mani, played by Somasundaram, who is an alcoholic.

    Against his will, he is transferred to a rehab center. After escaping from there, he is determined to quit drinking, but things don't go as planned.

    The film strikes a balance between humor and drama while telling a compelling story about addiction and self-discovery.

    Initial response

    'Bottle Radha' received positive reception post-theatrical release

    After its theatrical release in January, Bottle Radha was received well by the audience. The film also stars Sanchana Natarajan and John Vijay in pivotal roles.

    Penned and directed by Dhinakaran Sivalingam, it is his directorial debut. The film is produced by TN Arunbalaji and filmmaker Pa Ranjith under the banner of Neelam Productions.
