Priyanka's cousin Parineeti recently spilled beans on Nick's wedding proposal during an interview.
She revealed that it was a midnight proposal for PeeCee and it happened on her birthday this year.
"The day he proposed to her, it was her birthday. I got a missed call from her at 3 AM. She showed me the ring and I almost fainted," Parineeti said.
