    What's the story

Bharti Airtel has partnered with Netflix to offer, its postpaid and broadband subscribers, free access to the streaming giant's video content.

Customers of select Airtel Postpaid and V-Fiber Home Broadband plans will get a free 3-month subscription to Netflix.

After the offer period, customers can sign up for Netflix and receive one unified monthly bill for its subscription and Airtel postpaid bill.

    Here's more.

    Details

Airtel's Netflix offer is valid on select plans

Airtel is offering free 3-months Netflix access to select postpaid and home broadband plan users. Notably, the telco is expected to soon announce which plans will get this benefit.

That said, if your current plan doesn't get the Netflix offer, you can switch to one of the eligible plans.

Obviously, after the offer expires, customers will have to pay for Netflix's subscription.

    Easy-peasy

    How to avail the offer?

Once Airtel announces the plans, eligible customers will have to sign up for a Netflix subscription via the Airtel TV app or My Airtel app.

Airtel customers who already have Netflix accounts will also get the benefit.

Lastly, those who don't wish to opt-in for this offer can get access to some popular Netflix titles on the Airtel TV app.

    Future plans

Airtel customers may get more Netflix offers in the future

"Partnerships are at the core of Airtel's DNA and we are delighted to expand our strategic relationship with Netflix," said Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO, Bharti Airtel (India and South Asia).

"We look forward to working closely with Netflix to leverage this huge potential and continue delighting customers with some amazing offerings," he added.
