What's the story
The California police arrested an 18-year-old girl who caused a deadly crash while she had two minors in the backseat.
Driving under influence, the crash killed Obdulia Sanchez's 14-year-old sister who got ejected from the car during the crash.
The teen broadcast the live stream of the accident, including the imagery of her dead sister on Instagram.

Mary Hernandez posted Obdulia's video to educate others against doing the same. She said: "I recorded it and posted it...because I see a lot of people driving with their Snapchats doing what she was doing, so to me it was like an eye opener."

At the beginning, Sanchez is seen filming herself singing and making hand gestures.
Post crash, she filmed her sister's corpse and is heard saying: "I...killed my sister, I know I'm going to jail for life."
Sanchez then regularly asked her sister Jacqueline to wake up and said repeatedly that "she did not mean to kill her".

Parents say daughter needs help, doesn't realize what she did
The parents of the 18-year-old girl arrested for charges of manslaughter have spoken about the accident that has ruined their lives.
They said that they can't make sense of why it happened.
Talking about Obdulia, they said that she "needs help and doesn't really understand what she did".
They said that the victim Jacqueline was to observe her Quinceanera- 15th birthday on 30 July.
