    This preparation comes ahead of a busy Test season that begins with a two-match series against Bangladesh on September 19.

    The training sessions are part of Rohit's strategy to ensure he is in peak form for the forthcoming matches.

    The footage shows the Indian skipper working out in a park under Nayar's supervision.

    This viral video has sparked excitement among cricket fans, who are eagerly awaiting the start of the upcoming Test season.

    Rohit has emerged as a key player for India in the ongoing 2023-25 ICC World Test Championship cycle.

    He currently ranks as the team's second-highest run-scorer, with 700 runs in nine matches at an impressive average of 46.66.

    His impressive performance includes three centuries and as many half-centuries.

    India currently top the WTC points table with six wins, two losses and a draw from nine matches, boasting a points percentage of 68.51.

    The Aussies are placed second currently with eight wins, three losses, and one draw from twelve matches, with a points percentage of 62.50.

    Upcoming challenges for India

    After the series against Bangladesh, India are set to play three Tests against New Zealand at home in October.

    This will be followed by a five-match Test series against Australia, starting in November.

    These upcoming matches present significant challenges for Rohit and his team, as they aim to maintain their top position in the WTC points table.
