Opening the innings alongside Abhishek Sharma, Samson scored a stunning century.
Samson departed for a brilliant 107 off just 50 balls as India recorded a comfortable win. Meanwhile, the batter was particularly dominant against spinners.

Young batter Abhishek Sharma tops this list for his heroics against Zimbabwe in the Harare T20I earlier this year.
The southpaw, who scored a hundred in that game, was particularly brilliant against the spinners.
He faced 28 balls of spin that day and garnered 65 runs.
The likes of Brian Bennett, Sikandar Raza, and Wellington Masakadza struggled against him that day.
Overall, Abhishek was dismissed for 100 off just 47 balls.

Samson dominated spinners en route to his maiden T20I hundred as well, against Bangladesh in Hyderabad last month.
He scored 64 runs off 23 balls against spin as he ended up scoring a majestic 111 off 47 deliveries.
