Hardik Pandya set to script history in Bangladesh T20I series

Hardik Pandya, a key player in the Indian cricket team, is on the verge of making history in the upcoming three-match T20I series against Bangladesh.
Suryakumar Yadav will lead India in this series which will commence on October 6.
The first match will be held in Gwalior followed by games at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi and Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Pandya, who debuted for India in a T20I against Australia in January 2016, needs 11 more wickets to break Chahal's record.
This achievement would crown him as India's most successful bowler in the shortest format of the game.
In his previous five T20Is against Bangladesh, Pandya took six wickets.
If he manages to take at least four wickets in the upcoming three matches, he will become the most successful bowler in T20I matches between India and Bangladesh.

The left-arm pacer, who was the joint-leading wicket-taker at the 2024 T20 World Cup, has five wickets in three T20Is vs Bangladesh.
