    What's the story

Just months into 2019 and we've already seen some of the biggest smartphones launches (and fiascos) - Galaxy Fold, Huawei P30 Pro, Galaxy S10-series, and Mate X.

And while some of these phones are available in India, several other money suckers are waiting to arrive soon including OnePlus 7, Nokia 9 PureView, and Redmi Y3.

Here's a list of all the phones to be launched in April-May.

    Option #1

OnePlus 7: Expected to launch on May 14

Going by a recent tip-off, OnePlus 7 will launch in India on May 14.

The phone will feature a waterdrop notched display, in-display fingerprint sensor, and an all-glass body, according to recent renders.

It will offer a dual-lens rear camera, presumably with a 48MP main sensor.

Lastly, it will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, paired with upto 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

    Option #2

OnePlus 7 Pro: Expected to launch on May 14

Alongside OnePlus 7, the company will also launch OnePlus 7 Pro.

This new "Pro" model will sport an all-screen design, QHD+ display, dual speakers, and in-screen fingerprint sensor.

Further, it will have 48MP+16MP+8MP triple-lens setup on the back and a single pop-up selfie snapper.

Lastly, it will come with Snapdragon 855 chipset and 4,000mAh battery with support for 30W Warp Charge.

    Option #3

Samsung Galaxy Fold: Expected to launch on April 26

Samsung's Galaxy Fold, currently plagued by display issues, is expected to become available in India sometime in May.

To recall, the $1,980 worth foldable phone features a 4.58-inch HD+ external screen, a 7.3-inch QHD+ foldable display, and a total of six cameras.

It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM, 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage, and 4,380mAh battery.

    Option #4

Nokia 9 PureView: Expected to launch in April-May 2019

HMD Global has started teasing Nokia 9 PureView in India, hinting at its imminent launch.

Expected to cost around Rs. 45,000, the phone comes with a 5.99-inch Quad-HD+ screen and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

It features a novel five-camera setup with 12MP sensors and a 20MP front camera.

Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and 3,320mAh battery.

    Option #5

Redmi Y3: Set to launch on April 24

As the successor to its last year Redmi Y2, Xiaomi is set to launch Redmi Y3 in India on April 24.

The phone will feature a full-HD+ waterdrop notched display, dual rear cameras, mid-level internals, and 4,000mAh battery.

However, the main highlight of the Y3 is its 32MP selfie camera, reportedly using a Samsung 32MP ISOCELL Bright GD1 image sensor.

    Option #6

Redmi 7: Expected to launch sometime around April-May

Redmi 7, which was recently launched in China, is expected to be launched alongside Redmi Y3.

The budget-friendly phone comes with a 6.26-inch HD+ notched display and gradient back panel.

It is powered by Snapdragon 632 processor, paired with upto 4GB RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and a 4,000mAh battery.

Lastly, Redmi 7 offers a 12MP+2MP dual rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
