Samsung has started the sale of the Galaxy F23, its latest mid-range smartphone, in India. The handset is available for purchase via Flipkart as well as the company's e-store.
It is offered in two variants and carries a starting price-tag of Rs. 17,499. However, as part of the first sale, it is available at an introductory starting price of Rs. 15,999.

With the Galaxy F23 5G, Samsung is aiming to attract Gen Z customers by packing 'F-revolutionary' features in the handset. It offers support for 12 5G bands, a smooth 120Hz LCD display, a big 5,000mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 750G chipset.
The handset has gone on sale just around the Holi festival and it should rake up quite a few sales in India.

Samsung Galaxy F23 has a waterdrop notch in the top-center for the selfie camera along with slim bezels and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
It sports a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2408 pixels) LCD display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
Users can buy the Galaxy F23 in Forest Green and Aqua Blue color options.

There is an 8MP shooter on the front
The Galaxy F23 sports a triple rear camera arrangement on the back side, including a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro snapper with LED flash. On the front, there is an 8MP (f/2.2) selfie shooter.
In terms of video recording, the rear and front cameras let you record 1080p videos at 30fps.
