    What's the story

To celebrate and honor the movie Spiderman: Far From Home, OPPO's sub-brand Realme has launched a special Spiderman Edition model of its premium mid-ranger Realme X.

The special edition model retains the design and specifications of the standard Realme X, but it gets a protective Spiderman case and a bunch of Spiderman based preloaded themes on its Color OS 6.

    Here's more.

    Information

The special edition costs the same as standard Realme X

In China, the Realme X Spiderman Edition is priced at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 18,300) which is the same as its standard model with 8GB/128GB configuration. Meanwhile, the smartphone is slated to go on sale from July 9.

    Design and display

    Here's recalling the Realme X

To recall, the Realme X sports an all-screen design on the front which is achieved by adopting a pop-up module for the selfie camera.

On the other hand, the gradient finished glass black houses dual rear cameras along with LED flash, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Further, the phone sports a 6.53-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and an on-screen fingerprint sensor.

    Cameras

For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers

On the imaging front, the Realme X houses a dual camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.7) main camera along with a 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor.

    Further, the phone packs a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera packed in a pop-up module.

Moreover, the main camera is capable of recording 2160p videos at 30fps while the selfie camera can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

    Internals

    Under the hood

Realme X is powered by Snapdragon 710 processor, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Under the hood, it is backed by a 3,700mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 (20W) fast-charging support.

The smartphone offers all the standard sensors and connectivity options including dual-SIMs (Nano), Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port.
