    What's the story

As its latest budget range offering, OPPO will soon launch the OPPO A3s smartphone in India.

The phone will come at a starting price of Rs. 10,990 for the 2GB RAM and 16GB storage variant.

The highlight of the OPPO A3s is its notch-based edge-to-edge bezel-less display, an AI-powered selfie camera, and a massive 4,230mAh battery.

Here's more about the OPPO A3s.

    Design & Display

    OPPO A3s: At a glance

Up front, the phone sports a notch-based bezel-less display with a small chin - much like the OPPO R15 and OPPO F7.

On the back, you have a dual camera setup with no fingerprint sensor as the phone relies on facial scanning for unlocking the device.

    The OPPO A3s gets a 6.2-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio.

    Camera

For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers

The upcoming OPPO A3s will sport a dual rear camera setup comprising 13MP, f/2.2 primary sensor and a 2MP, f/2.4 secondary sensor.

The primary camera offers Bokeh mode and records videos at 1080p.

Up front, there is an 8MP, f/2.2 sensor with a fixed focal length. The front camera comes with OPPO's AI Beauty 2.0 feature for enhancing selfies.

    Storage, Battery

    Under the hood

The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, paired with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.

In terms of connectivity options, the OPPO A3s includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The phone packs 4,230mAh battery, runs Android Oreo 8.1-based ColorOS 5.1 and supports dual Nano-SIM cards.
