    What's the story

LG G7 ThinQ hands-on images have been leaked just ahead of its launch today in New York.

These images confirm the phone's design that we have previously seen in some renders.

Further, the images also reveal some key features of the smartphone such as the presence of a hideable notch, a vertically placed dual-camera setup, and a fingerprint sensor.

    Here's our roundup.

    Design & Display

    At a glance

These leaked images also show that the smartphone will have a slimmer bottom bezel as compared to its predecessor - the LG G6.

Moreover, the phone is likely to have an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

As per previous reports, the LG G7 ThinQ is expected to sport a 6.1-inch QHD+ (1440x3120 pixels) LCD panel that will deliver up to 1,000 nits of brightness.

    Information

The handset may get a Snapdragon 845 SoC processor

The LG G7 ThinQ is also reported to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC processor, paired with 4GB of RAM. Further, some rumors also suggest that the handset will debut with a dedicated Google Assistant button.

    Specs and features

    What else do we know?

The phone is likely to feature a 'second screen' wherein LG will leverage the power of Android to blend the notch with a darker notification bar and hide it to offer a notch-free 'second screen'.

Further, LG has already teased that the phone will feature Boombox Speakers with support for DTS:X technology, Hi-Fi Quad DAC.

The phone may bear a 3.5mm headphone jack also.
