    iQOO 7 to debut in India by end of March

    What's the story

    Vivo's sub-brand iQOO will launch its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO 7, in India by the end of March, according to tipster Debayan Roy. To recall, it was announced in China last month.

    The handset comes with the latest Snapdragon 888 processor, triple rear cameras, 120W fast-charging support, and a high refresh screen.

    iQOO 7: At a glance

    The iQOO 7 features a punch-hole cut-out display with a slim bottom bezel and an integrated fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it houses a triple camera module.

    The handset sports a 6.62-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a 120HZ refresh rate.

    It is available in Black, Latent Blue and a Legendary Edition designed in partnership with BMW.

    The iQOO 7 has a triple rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.8) main sensor, a 13MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP (f/2.5) portrait camera. For selfies and video calling, it sports a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera.

    Under the hood

    The iQOO 7 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

    It runs on Android 11-based OriginOS for iQOO and packs a 4,000mAh battery with 120W fast-charging support.

    For connectivity, it offers support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a Type-C port.

    Pricing and availability

    The official pricing details of the iQOO 7 in India will be announced at the time of launch. For reference, in China, it costs CNY 3,798 (approximately Rs. 43,000) for the 8GB/128GB model and CNY 4,198 (roughly Rs. 47,400) for the 12GB/256GB version.
