Intel Corporation is an American multinational technology company based in Santa Clara, California. The company supplies microprocessors to computer manufacturers like Dell, Lenovo, and HP. It was founded in 1968 by Gordon Moore and Robert Noyce with Arthur Rock being the initial investor. In 1971, Intel created the world’s first commercial microprocessor chip. The company also manufactures semiconductor chips, motherboard chipsets, flash memory, graphic chips, network interface controllers, and integrated circuits.
