The update brings new look for app icons and widgets, personalization of Home Screen layout, redesigned control panel, game mode, an overhaul of the Photos app, new animations for iMessages, support for RCS messaging, and revamped Mail and Safari apps.

iOS 18: Expected release time in India
Apple is likely to roll out iOS 18 on September 16, following its historical pattern of releasing new operating systems one week after launching new iPhone models.
Based on previous iOS version rollouts, it is predicted that Indian iPhone users will be able to download iOS 18 on September 16 at 10:30pm.
The upcoming update will be available for a wide range of iPhone models including the 15 series and older models such as iPhone SE (second generation or later).
