    What's the story

This year, Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on August 7 in New York, where the company would unveil Galaxy Note 10, the latest iteration of its phablet-sized smartphone.

Notably, unlike leaks, which gave away the details about the upcoming device, the invite just shows a picture of an S Pen and a single camera lens.

Here's everything we know about Note 10.

    Details

What does the teaser tell us?

As expected, the teaser is rather discrete; it shows an S Pen drawing a circle which then changes to a camera.

If one has to connect the dots, the camera lens represents the new center-aligned punch-hole design. There's also a rumor that the S Pen could actually come with its own camera.

Guess we'll have to wait for a month to know it all.

    Information

Samsung will release two Galaxy Note 10 models

Further, according to reports, Samsung is working to launch two models under its Note 10 series. One of them will be a standard Note 10 while the other will be a Plus model (not Pro), presumably with more spruced-up internals and different rear camera setup.

    Design

Samsung Galaxy Note 10: At a glance

According to renders, the Galaxy Note 10 will sport a more symmetrical looking center-aligned punch-hole display with curved edges and a metal-glass body.

On the back, the Plus model will pack a vertically-mounted quad-lens camera setup whereas the standard model will house a triple sensor module.

The renders also confirm that the phablet-sized smartphones won't feature a headphone jack.

    Information

Galaxy Note 10 to come in two display sizes

As far as the display size is concerned, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus will sport a 6.75-inch Infinity-O display whereas the standard model will get a smaller 6.3-inch screen. Both models will also retain the curved AMOLED displays and in-screen ultra-sonic fingerprint sensors.

    Camera

For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers

Going by the leaks, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus will offer a quad-lens rear camera setup that is expected to comprise an ultrawide-angle lens, wide lens, telephoto lens, and a 3D Time-of-Flight depth sensor.

On the other hand, the standard model is tipped to sport a similar setup but without the 3D sensor.

Lastly, both the models will also offer a single selfie camera.

    Internals

    Under the hood

Like other flagship models of 2019, the Galaxy Note 10 will come with a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 855/Exynos 9820 processor, paired with upto 12GB of RAM and upto 1TB of embedded storage (possibly, UFS 3.0 format).

Under the hood, the standard Note 10 is said to house a 3,400mAh battery whereas the Plus model is tipped to pack a 4,500mAh battery.

    Information

Galaxy Note 10 will be a $1,100 device

According to a report by a Russian publication, the Galaxy Note 10 will cost somewhere between $1,100 - $1,200, which is roughly Rs. 75,000-85,000 when converted to India currency.
