UP: Stalker chops off 15-year-old's hands with a sword

In a shocking incident, a man in UP's Lakhimpur Kheri attacked a 15-year-old girl with a sword for rejecting his advances and severed one of her arms.
He was hacking at her other hand when a crowd overpowered him. He has been arrested.

Yesterday, she met him at a market in Fatehpur Saidri and again rebuffed him. The angry man, who works at a welding shop, grabbed a sword from there, chased her, pinned her down to the ground and attacked her.
