    What's the story

It has been a bad month for IndiGo. First, ace shuttler PV Sindhu accused a staffer of behaving "badly and rudely" with her, and a few days later, a video of IndiGo employees thrashing a passenger went viral.

Now two of its employees at the Guwahati airport have been accused of misbehaving with a woman passenger.

IndiGo has suspended both. Here's what happened.

    Details

    What happened?

According to a message purportedly by lawyer Krishna Sarma, the ground crew was screening her luggage again and again.

Sarma started taking pictures of the happenings, but then a staff member came over and asked her to delete the photos.

She said she had deleted them, but they forcibly snatched her phone and started deleting the photos from the 'recently deleted' folder.

    Information

'Regret the unpleasant experience', says IndiGo

IndiGo said they regretted Sarma's "unpleasant experience" and have suspended the two pending investigation. They have been in touch with her and kept her updated. Sarma said she's satisfied that "IndiGo responded with such alacrity".

Elsewhere, harassed IndiGo airhostess makes drunk men touch her feet

Meanwhile, on the same day, a video of two men pleading at the feet of an IndiGo airhostess at Hyderabad airport went viral.

The men were drunk and were harassing her when she alerted the police.

Fearing repercussions, they requested the woman to let them go. A video of them falling at her feet and apologizing is doing the rounds on social media.
