Andhra Pradesh shocker: 50-year-old rickshaw puller rapes 9-year-old girl

A nine-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 50-year-old man in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
The victim complained of bleeding and stomach pain to her parents on Wednesday afternoon, after which she was taken to a hospital. The doctors confirmed she was sexually violated.
Locals staged violent protests demanding the arrest of absconding man, who is the victim's neighbor and a rickshaw-puller.

Accused lured victim after rickshaw-ride and raped her
Reportedly, few kids, along with the victim, boarded the accused Arnam Subbhaih's rickshaw on Wednesday just for fun.
"The accused lured her and raped her. The girl informed her parents of the incident last night. We have a registered a case," said an official.
Guntur Superintendent of Police, Appala Naidu said the search is on for the accused.

Locals burnt tires, demanded accused to be hanged
When the locals knew about the incident, they blocked the highway, and burnt tires demanding the accused to be arrested till 3 PM, Thursday.
A few people allegedly beat the accused's son, who was rescued later.
Reportedly, the girl's condition was so bad that she had to be operated upon. She is currently undergoing treatment at a government hospital in Guntur.
