    CBSE declares Class 12 results: Here's how you can check

    What's the story

    The results of Class 12 examination of Central Board of Secondary Education were declared a short while ago, on the board's website.

    The students can check their results on the website- cbse.nic.in. They are also available on cbse.examresults.net, cbseresults.nic.in, results.gov.in

    In a first, students can also check their scores directly on Google. Here are more details.

    How to download results

    The students can visit the website cbse.nic.in and search for CBSE 12th Result 2018 or CBSE Result 2018 Section.

    On reaching the said page, they'll have to enter their admit card details.

    The results will be displayed on the screen. It is advisable to download the result for future reference.

    Meghna Srivastava from Ghaziabad tops exams

    According to ANI, the overall pass percentage is 83.01% and the top three regions are Trivandrum (97.32%), Chennai (93.87%) and Delhi (89%).

    Meghna Srivastava, from Ghaziabad, topped the exams with 499 marks out of 500.

    Reportedly, a total of 10, 88,891 students sat for Class 12 exams. The economics examination was re-held after question paper was leaked.

    The board made available the mark sheets in DigiLocker at - digilocker.gov.in.

    This can be accessed on phones on both Android and iOS platforms. The IVR number to check results in Delhi is 24300699 and 011 - 24300699 for other parts of India.

    Students can also get their scores via SMS, by sending their details- roll number, school code and centre code to 7738299899.
