For the uninitiated, Amy has been dating George, a multi-millionaire businessman, since 2015.
It was on this year's New Year's day that George popped the big question to Amy.
"He proposed on a raft in Zambia, with the sun setting and over a private dinner. It was beautiful," Amy told a magazine.
Notably, they had broken up for a while before getting back together.
