    What's the story

    The trailer for the much-anticipated crime thriller Visfot has been released. The film features Riteish Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan in lead roles.

    Helmed by Kookie V Gulati, known for his work on Prince and The Big Bull, Visfot is an official remake of the 2012 Venezuelan film Rock, Paper, Scissors.

    The movie is set to premiere on JioCinema on September 6. Here's a trailer breakdown.

    'Visfot' explores the dangerous consequences of deceit and poor choices

    In a two-minute and 49-second clip, the story weaves together the lives of two families: one residing in a Mumbai slum and the other in a luxurious high-rise.

    Khan's character, who resides in a slum, unknowingly kidnaps the son of a pilot (Deshmukh).

    As the plot unfolds, it becomes apparent that there are larger forces at play, leading to a thrilling game of cat and mouse between the two protagonists.

    Comeback

    'Visfot' marks Khan's return to the silver screen

    Visfot marks another back-to-back release for Khan who was recently seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Netflix series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar and Akshay Kumar-led urban comedy Khel Khel Mein in theaters.

    Fans have expressed their excitement for Khan's comeback, with comments on the trailer such as "Amazing trailer...Great comeback for Fardeen .." and "Wah zabardast. You are back in Action Fardeen."

    'Visfot' boasts a stellar supporting cast

    Apart from Deshmukh and Khan, Visfot also features a stellar ensemble cast that includes Riddhi Dogra, Priya Bapat, Krystle D'Souza, Mahesh Manjrekar, Seema Biswas, Jisshu Sengupta, Sheeba Chaddha, Rohit Roy, Arjun Aneja, Purnendu Bhattacharya, and Parth Siddhpura.

    Visfot is a gripping crime thriller that delves into the perilous aftermath of deception and misguided decisions.
