The cast of the upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which includes Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles, has commenced the Udaipur schedule of the shoot, according to a report by Mid-day.
The ensemble romantic comedy also features Akshay Oberoi, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film is being produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

Udaipur filming schedule kicks off
Per the report, the cast of the upcoming film has started shooting in Udaipur, following the commencement of the directorial venture in Mumbai in May.
Oberoi shared his experience of working on the project, stating that he is thoroughly enjoying the set life with all its fun and camaraderie.
As per a Pinkvilla report, the film is a family-friendly romantic comedy, similar to Khaitan's previous works.

Ensemble filming in Rajasthan
Reportedly, Khaitan had planned to shoot most of the combination scenes over three weeks in Rajasthan. Following this, the team will return to Mumbai for another schedule.
Oberoi expressed that his experience on Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari has further solidified his belief in ensemble films.
He recalled the popular movies from the 1980s featuring Vinod Khanna, Jackie Shroff, and Anil Kapoor, where diverse characters attracted audiences.
Notably, the film is set to hit theaters on April 18, 2025.
