The horror-comedy film Stree 2, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, is set to cross the ₹570 crore mark at the domestic box office as it enters its sixth week.
Despite a dip in collections, the movie continues to generate revenue.
On its fifth Thursday, the Amar Kaushik directorial earned ₹1.65 crore, bringing its total collection to ₹564 crore.
Numbers
It has been going strong since the beginning
The Bollywood film opened with a collection of ₹8.5 crore (prepaid previews) and went on to collect ₹51.8 crore and ₹31.4 crore on Days 1 and 2, respectively.
Its collections peaked at ₹55.9 crore on Day 4 before gradually declining over the weeks.
The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana.
