    This marks the second international adaptation of the Emmy-nominated franchise, following Million Dollar Listing U.A.E.

    According to Variety, the upcoming show will be produced by EndemolShine India and will initially spotlight high-end properties in New Delhi.

    Million Dollar Listing: India show will provide viewers with a unique insight into the world of luxury real estate transactions.

    The series will reportedly reveal the intricate details and negotiations involved in buying and selling some of India's most extravagant homes.

    This new addition to SonyLIV's unscripted content lineup follows the platform's successful runs with Shark Tank India and MasterChef India.

    'Million Dollar Listing' franchise's international success

    The Million Dollar Listing franchise, originally a Bravo production, has enjoyed considerable success in the US, with popular editions set in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and San Francisco.

    The first international adaptation of the show, Million Dollar Listing U.A.E., achieved record-breaking viewership in the region.

    The franchise is licensed by NBCUniversal Formats.

    Rishi Negi—Group Chief Operating Officer at Banijay Asia and EndemolShine India—said the show will offer a fresh and dynamic portrayal of the country's booming real estate landscape.
