Shoojit Sircar shares a positive update on Irrfan Khan's health

In a major relief for all the Irrfan Khan fans, director Shoojit Sircar has revealed that the actor is now fine and will soon issue another statement.
Irrfan had last week announced on Twitter that he is suffering from a "rare disease". Soon, speculations regarding his ailment began doing rounds of the Internet.
Shoojit has worked with Irrfan in the 2015 superhit 'Piku'.

Meanwhile, Irrfan's wife Sutapa Sikdar had also issued a statement via Facebook, urging people to stop all the speculations.
"My best friend and my partner is a 'warrior', he fights every obstacle gracefully. Let's not waste our energies to only know what it is. My humble request is to concentrate on the song of life. My family will soon join in," she had written.
