    'Secret Superstar' takes a positive start in Hong Kong

    'Secret Superstar' is not done making money for its producers - Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao.

    After a historic run at the Chinese box office, the Zaira Wasim starrer has now moved to Hong Kong.

    It has released in a few Hong Kong screens as of now and has minted around Rs. 55.71 lakh till Sunday.

    'Secret Superstar' is already Bollywood's second highest grosser ever

    On the back of the humongous business of over Rs. 750 crore in China, 'Secret Superstar' had surpassed 'PK' (Rs. 832 crore) to become India's second highest grossing ever.

    The film was made on a shoe-string budget of Rs. 16 crore and did a reasonable business of Rs. 60 crore plus in India.

    "Some of my films have released in China and I have realized their emotional 'surr' (tone) is very similar to ours. Indian stories touch their hearts. Because our cultures are similar, I feel when we watch their films, we also will like them," Aamir had said.
