She triumphed over rapper Naved Shaikh, popularly known as Naezy, in a closely fought grand finale that concluded on Friday.
Despite facing criticism from some contestants and viewers who labeled her as manipulative and selfish, Makbul managed to secure her place in the finals.
Host Anil Kapoor declared her the winner and presented her with a trophy along with a cash prize of ₹25 lakh.
