'Interesting announcements coming...': Ranbir Kapoor teases 'Brahmastra 2'
What's the story
During a recent media interaction in Mumbai, actor Ranbir Kapoor revealed that the pre-production for Brahmastra Part Two—Dev will begin after the release of War 2.
"After the release of War 2, he (Ayan) is going to start the pre-production work of Brahmastra 2. It is definitely happening," he said.
The first part, directed by Ayan Mukerji, was released in 2022 after numerous delays.
It also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Mouni Roy, and Alia Bhatt.

Kapoor said announcements can be expected soon
Kapoor said at the event, "Brahmastra 2 is something that Ayan has been nurturing as a dream for a very long time; the entire story of Brahmastra. As you guys know he is currently working on War 2."
"Once the film releases he is going to start the pre-production of Brahmastra 2."
"We haven't really announced much of it, but we will have interesting announcements coming regarding Brahmastra 2."
Director praise
Kapoor also praised Sanjay Leela Bhansali's direction
Kapoor, who is working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali on Love & War, praised the director.
"I haven't met a human being who works so hard, who understands characters, emotions, music, Indian culture, Indian value system, as much as [him]."
"To be on his set is tiring, long; the process can be a little daunting, but eventually as an artist, it is so satisfying as he really nurtures art."
Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal are also a part of Love & War.
