    What's the story

Telugu superstar Ram Charan is rumored to be finalizing a collaboration with Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the director of Kill, for a mythological epic.

The project has been in the works for over six months and will be produced by Madhu Mantena.

A source close to the production revealed to Pinkvilla that "it's a big-budget larger-than-life drama, set against the backdrop of one of the most important characters of Indian Mythology."

    Project details

Charan's potential involvement in Bhat's mythological epic

The source further revealed that the pre-visualization for this ambitious project is completed and now the team can't wait to work with Charan.

However, the final call on his involvement will be taken by Charan himself in due course.

If all goes well, this untitled directorial by Bhat could be Charan's next after his ongoing film with Buchi Babu, co-starring Janhvi Kapoor.

    Future plans

Bhat's commitments and Charan's potential projects

Before taking up this project with Charan, Bhat is going to work with producer Murad Khetani on a film. The two had previously worked together on the 2023 thriller, Apruva.

Details about this upcoming project are being kept under wraps for now.

Meanwhile, Charan is also in talks with a few other filmmakers including Sukumar, the director of Pushpa 2 who is developing his next script.
