    What's the story

A slew of sexual harassment allegations has brought Ali Zafar in the eye of the storm. The actor-singer has been accused of the heinous act by several women including Meesha Shafi.

And now, Pakistani singer Momina Mustehsan has also spoken on the controversy.

She has urged Ali and other men who have misbehaved with women in any way to accept their mistakes and apologize.

    Details

Momina also opened up about her own unpleasant experiences

Momina issued a statement on Twitter which read, "I too have been a subject of harassment."

She then went on to question Ali and said, "I would want to ask him and all other men one question: do you think you have ever, knowingly or unknowingly, violated a woman? If you have, I request you to apologize unconditionally."

    Background

Meesha Shafi was the first one to raise her voice

Ali, who has acted in several Hindi films such as 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan' and 'Dear Zindagi', found himself in a spot of bother when Meesha Shafi leveled sexual harassment allegations against him.

Reacting immediately, he "categorically" denied Shafi's claims and vowed to take the matter through the courts of law.
