    What's the story

Riding high on a string of successful films, Telugu actor Nani is set to star in two much-anticipated projects: HIT 3 and The Paradise.

The latter, an action drama directed by Srikanth Odela, is already creating waves with its teaser and has garnered positive reviews for its unconventional content.

Now, a report by OTTPlay suggests that veteran actor Mohan Babu (78) will play the main antagonist in this film.

    Villain role

Babu's role will help the film reach wider audience

If true, this return is a big one for the actor, who has reportedly mostly limited himself to Telugu films produced by his sons.

His choice to take on a villainous character would be a huge crowd-puller, promising an intense showdown between him and Nani.

Babu is known for films such as Pedarayudu, Yamadonga, and Rama Krishnulu, among others.

Apart from this movie, Babu will also be seen in Kannappa, produced and led by his son Vishnu Manchu.

    Film details

'The Paradise' promises a unique and imaginative world

Set against the backdrop of Secunderabad, The Paradise offers a unique and imaginative world from a bygone era.

The movie narrates the tale of a marginalized tribe, robbed of its rights, who find hope in an unlikely leader.

Nani and Odela plan to mount the film on a massive scale and the project may premiere in two parts.
