    What's the story

Kapil Sharma, who ringed in his 37th birthday yesterday, is going through a rough patch for a while now.

Be it his unpleasant relationship with his former co-stars or negative response to his comeback show 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma', nothing seems to be working in Kapil's favor.

Hence, the TV star saw no point in celebrating his special day and went completely underground.

    Details

    "I am disappointing myself"

A friend of the ace comedian quoted him as saying, "There is nothing special about this day. I will consider my life special again when I can solve all the problems. I know I've created these problems for myself."

"I want my well-wishers to pray for me. I know I'm disappointing them. I can feel it. I am disappointing myself," he added.
