To recall, the king of comedy Kapil married his queen Ginni in a lavish ceremony in Jalandhar on December 12.
His grand wedding was attended by his friends from the television industry including Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Sumona Chakravarti etc.
They also hosted a grand reception in Amritsar and later in Mumbai which was attended by several bigshots from showbiz industry.

Notably, 2018 was a difficult phase for Kapil both personally and professionally. His show Family Time With Kapil Sharma failed, he got into a tiff with journalist and even battled depression.
However, Kapil feels that it was Ginni who brought back stability in his life.
"She has been my emotional anchor. She surrendered herself for my well-being. I can rely on her," Kapil added.

And now 2019 marks a new beginning for Kapil, especially on the professional front. Kapil made a comeback with his new show The Kapil Sharma Show which opened to positive reviews.
TKSS2 was launched on December 29 with Ranveer Singh as the first guest and it was a laughter ride.
Undoubtedly, Kapil proved that he is back in form and is here to stay.
