James Bond is the charming British spy who has amazed audiences with his resourcefulness, one-liners, and endlessly cool gadgets.
The man with a license to kill is returning to theaters for the 25th film of the franchise.
However, as we reported, the film's release date was rescheduled.
Following this, the movie seems to have tapped a new writer to overhaul the script.

Rescheduling
Bond movie gets an April release date
MGM, which is handling the making of the new Bond film has decided to push it back, giving it a release date of April 8, 2020.
Previously, the film was slated to release on February 14, 2020.
For those unaware, the movie will be helmed by Cary Fukunaga, best known for HBO's True Detective Season 1, and marks Daniel Craig's last appearance as Bond.
New scriptwriter
New scriptwriter tapped, possible story overhaul in works
Following the news of the release date being rescheduled, Scott Z. Burns has been tapped to work on the script, which was initially provided by franchise stalwarts Robert Wade and Neal Purvis.
Burns is expected to overhaul the existing script rather than doctor it.
Notably, Burns has worked on several famous scripts including The Bourne Ultimatum.
Sources claim Burns might get 'first screenplay credit'.
