Acclaimed actor Jaideep Ahlawat has reportedly been roped in for the much-anticipated third season of the hit Amazon Prime Video series, The Family Man.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Ahlawat has joined the shooting schedule in Nagaland. However, details about his character have been kept under wraps.
The report also suggested that Ahlawat's role will likely be significant and not just a cameo appearance.

A source close to the project told the portal "Jaideep Ahlawat has become a force to reckon with in the last four years, more so with the acclaimed show Paatal Lok."
"His appearances in An Action Hero (2022), Jaane Jaan (2023), Maharaj (2024), etc., further added to his popularity."
"Hence, one can expect that he will have a crucial role in the third season. His casting further adds to the excitement for the show," it adds.

Notably, the series completes five years on Friday (September 20), since it first premiered on Prime Video.
The Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK series star actors such as Manoj Bajpayee, Sharad Kelkar, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Sharib Hashmi among others in pivotal roles.
Priya Mani will reprise her role as Suchitra Tiwari, Sharib Hashmi as JK Talpade, Ashlesha Thakur as Dhriti Tiwari, and Vedant Sinha as Atharv Tiwari.
